What is Camino?
Camino is a web browser for Macintosh that is essentially a modified version of Firefox. The reasoning behind Camino is that the design and development of Firefox is focused on supporting multiple operating systems whereas the Macintosh operating system offers a large number of features and refinements that other operating systems do not. Subsequently, Camino makes use of Firefox's underlying technology while providing its own wrapper and Macintosh-specific feature set.
