How do I perform a hard refresh in Internet Explorer?
Internet Explorer has a history of not fully refreshing even with a hard refresh but when encountering refresh problems one should still try a hard refresh as a first step. For all versions of Internet Explorer on Windows, either holding down the Ctrl key while pressing the Refresh button or else pressing Ctrl-F5 works.
